STEP 1: Create Action
Create Action as below
Parameter | Description |

ShopId | Shop Id comes from Table Check |
ShopName | Shop Name comes from Table Check |
Directory | Directory where it stores all the files |
FTP Details | All the FTP Details are from Table Check |
STEP 2: Create Rule
Create Rule that WorkPeriod Ends and add Action to it.
The files will be created in the required folder and files will be moved FTP.
