Here is the Simple Document of how the Ascentis Integration works.
Initial Setup
Go to BackOffice --> Setup --> Go to Custom Tab and Click CRM
This will enable all the requirements for the integration.
Payment Types
For Points Redemption, it should be added to the Payment Type and It works automatically.
Actions
The actions should be defined below
Action is for sending Sales
Fields | Description |

RegistrationMenuItemName | Name of the Product which helps to register Membership |
RenewalMenuItemName | Name of the Product which helps to renew the Membership |
SendNonMemberSales | true → if to send all the sales to Ascentis |
PaymentType | Payments which will be closed in Membership Points The value will not be calcualted for Points Accumulation |
Action is for Retrieving Voucher
Field Name | Parameter |

PaymentTypeName | Member Point Payment Type if the customer chooses |
BeforeTaxDiscountCalculationType | Ascentis needs to calculate Discount before discount and it should be mentioned |
ComboApply | The promotiuon should be applied to Combo or not |
ScanVoucher | If enabled, it ask for the popup to enter the voucher and based on that it will be choosen for them to apply |
Action is for Selecting the CRM Members
Automation Command
The Command is to register the Select the CRM Member
Rules
The corresponding Rule is to map the Automation Command and Action
Rule is for attaching the Member to the Ticket.
The rule is for Member Voucher
The rule is to send the sales information to Ascentis
The printing should come after sending the sales
