MASTER --> Company
A company is an association that manages the organization. This organization can have multiple locations across different regions around the world. It can also be managed by multiple sub-organizations that take care of the locations under them. Example: A single brand, say, ABC can have different sub-organizations across different regions X, Y, Z, and so on. The location X manages all the locations L1, L2, L3..... in its region.
In this document, let us see how to create different Organizations or sub-organizations on the Retail Connect platform.
Create and Update Company
STEP 1: Log in to Retail Connect with the given login credentials. Then go to MASTER --> COMPANY section. The following page opens.
STEP 2: On this page, we can see all the existing companies/organizations created. To create a new company click on the CREATE COMPANY BUTTON. The following page appears.
STEP 3: Fill in the basic information, like, Name of the Organization, Organization Code, Business Registration Number, and any remarks if there are any.
STEP 4: Add the address and contact details of the Company.
STEP 5: Save the page to successfully create the company. Once the Company is created you will be able to edit/delete or change the image.
NOTE: The list of the companies can be downloaded in an excel sheet by clicking on the Export to Excel option.
