LOCATION

A restaurant business can have a single outlet or a chain of multiple outlets. It can be a fine dining restaurant, QSR, cafe, Foodcourt or bar & pub. DineConnect helps to manage the business across different locations/organizations as a central management system.  In this document, we will understand various concepts in the Location sub-module.

ORGANIZATION

Usually, the Restaurants are managed by the Organizations. A single organization can manage multiple locations spread across or sometimes the brand can be managed by multiple organizations for the set of different location groups.

For Example, MCDONALD GROUP in Singapore has 20 Locations and is managed by a few companies.

BRANC PTE LTD

The company manages branches in BEDOK and PAYA LEBBAR

MCDONALD PTE LTD

The company manages the rest of the 18 Outlets

In such a case, we can create two organizations in DineConnect. Let us see how this is done.

Create and Update Organization

STEP 1: Log in to DineConnect, Go to CONNECT --> LOCATION --> ORGANIZATION. On this page, you will be able to Create, Edit or Delete the Organization on DineConnect.
