In this submodule, we can design the template for the receipts, bills, and the KOT. This is similar to the Print module of the Backoffice in POS.
In the Print Module, we have 2 subtopics to understand
TEMPLATE
The template can be defined for every location individually. This document will help us understand us to create print templates on DineConnect.
STEP 1: Log in to Dine Connect. Go to CONNECT --> PRINT --> TEMPLATE. This page opens up.
STEP 2: On this page click on +CREATE PRINT TEMPLATE. Select the Type from the drop-down and the options are shown in the second picture below.
STEP 3: Click on LOCATIONS as highlighted in the above picture and select the required location and click on SAVE.
Fill the contents as required and according to the required type and SAVE.
NOTE:
The preview for the above template is as shown in the below picture.
You will able to edit/delete existing templates.
Templates can be filtered with the location/location group.
CONDITION
Conditions can be defined for the receipt to design the customized receipts for either for promoting a certain event/ for using coupons etc.
STEP 1: Go to CONNECT --> PRINT --> CONDITION. The below page appears. Click on SAVE.
STEP 2: Click on the +CREATE CONDITION button and the following page opens.
Add the name, date as to when the condition has to be applied and fill the content. Click on SAVE.
STEP 3: You can also schedule the time, date relevant to the requirement. Click on SAVE.
STEP 4: The condition can be defined in this section. An example is shown in the second picture.
