MASTER-->REASON

Reason can be design to give options for the customer to select from when they either cancel an item or to gift item, etc. This is to simplify the process instead of having to write the reason every time they can select from existing reasons already created though the option to write the reason will be available always.

Create a Reason

STEP 1: Log in to DineConnect. Go to CONNECT --> MASTER --> REASON. The following page appears.

 

STEP 2: Click on CREATE REASON. Add the Reason and select the group from the drop-down to associate the reason with the group. Click on SAVE.

 

STEP 3: To edit/delete the reason, click on the EDIT/DELETE option under ACTION, make the change and SAVE.

 

The reason will be synced to POS during SYNC.
