PRODUCTS - Reason

The reason will allow us to create default reasons to cancel orders/items or gift items/orders.

In this document, we will understand how to create default reasons. 

STEP 1: Go to BACKOFFICE --> PRODUCTS --> REASON. This page opens.

 

STEP 2:  Click on ADD REASON. The following page appears.

 

STEP 3: Add the Reason, Give a Name. Select the Group Code. And SAVE the page.

 

NOTE: 

  • You can edit the Reason by clicking on EDIT REASON button

  • Delete Reason button deletes the reason

  • To change the sort order, click on Sort order.
