MASTER-->TERMINAL

A single outlet of a restaurant can have one or many POS terminals and can have all or a few functions to perform. To create and assign the functions to these terminals this section is used.
Create Terminals
STEP 1: Go to CONNECT --> MASTER --> TERMINAL. The following page appears.
STEP 2: Click on CREATE TERMINAL. The following page opens. On this page, select the location to which the terminal belongs and fill in the other details.
Add name, code, the default float amount if defined and the denominations required to add the float amount during the start and end of a workday.
Default - To make the terminal a default terminal.
Auto Logout - It logs out after closing every ticket.
Blind Shift - When this is checked, it does not show the actual collection amount during the end shift.
Collection terminal - If the terminal is a collection terminal, check this.
Cash Sales include Float money - As the name suggests it include the float amount in the total cash.
STEP 3: To edit or delete the terminal, click on the respective functions under ACTION. Make the changes and Save.
