MENU-->LOCATION MENU
It is required to associate the items to the location, for the items to be visible in the POS.
There may be cases where there are 1000 items created in DineConnect by in Location 1 only 150 of the items will be sold and in Location 2, 300 items are sold, hence we need to associate the items to the location.
In this document, we will understand how to do this.
Associate Item to Location
STEP 1: Go to CONNECT --> MENU --> LOCATION MENU. The following page appears.
STEP 2: Click on the Location button, select a location. All the items will be listed on the left pane. In the below picture you can see the location selected and list of all the items on the left pane.
STEP 3: Click on the arrow button in the ops column of the respective item which has to be associated with the location, the item is now replicated on the right pane indicating the item is associated with the location.
NOTE:
If the location level items are not specifically associated then by default ALL the items will be associated with the location.
