Stock Transfer

Stock Transfer allows you to transfer the stock from one location to another location. The transferred items can be received at the receiving location in the Stock Receive section. 

Most of the time stock is transferred from the warehouse to different locations or sometimes between locations. 

In this document, let us see how to create a Stock transfer to a location and receive the Stock from at the receiving location.

NOTE: When the stock is Transferred, the inventory will be updated at transferring and receiving location. At transferring location the stock will be reduced and in receiving location stock will be added. 

Create Stock Transfer

STEP 1: Go to STOCK --> STOCK TRANSFER section on Retail Connect. This page opens.

STEP 2: To create a stock transfer, now click on CREATE STOCK TRANSFER.

STEP 3: When this page opens, select the location to which the items/stock has to be transferred. Add the items and the Quantity. Verify the prices. 

Then Save the page.

STEP 4: Once the stock transfer is created, you can see the STATUS will be saved as "TRANSFERRED".  The status will change to "RECEIVED" once the stock is received at the location. 

The Stock Transfer can be Viewed, Deleted, Printed by selecting the required option under ACTIONS Column.
