Copy Printer

There are customers who request to save the complete receipt printout in the folder. Here are the steps to be done to do that

  1. Create Printer

  2. Create Print Job

  3. Create Action

  4. Map the Action to Rule

  5. Action to Send it to DineConnect

 

Step 1: Printer should be created as below and Share Name should be the path where we are going to save

Step 2: Create a Print Job

Step 3: Create Action to Print Copy of Ticket

Step 4: Map it to Rules

Step 5: Create Action and Trigger to Send it to DineConnect

Create action as below

Journal Folder → Place where we store the XPS File

BackupFolder → Place where the Backup will be stored after pushing to DineConnect

 

Create a Trigger and Map it to Rule

The trigger should be twice an hour and do not configure lesser time and it impacts the performance of it

Map it to the Rule below

The files will be saved to DineConnect in the following directory
