Employee Configuration in DineConnect
Step 1: Go to Tick -> Employee -> Personal Information, click CREATE to add the new employee
Step 2: Fill all the mandatory fields and select the DinePlan User to which user we need to login for this employee
Install Digital Persona
Step 1: Open the Digital Persona folder which we download from the drive and click Setup to run
Step 2: Click Next to continue and Until it is finished.
Step 3: Click Install to install the application
Step 4: Once done click Finish
DineTick Configuration
Step 1: Open the DineTick folder which we download from the drive and double click the Fingerprint.Enrollment application to set up the configuration (Note: Device should be connected with the system then only we can do the configuration)
Step 2: Click Settings to setup configuration
Step 3: Once enter all the information’s click Test to check its success or not also select the fingerprint device in Device then click Save
Step 4: Close and restart the Enrolment application and enter the Employee code then click Scan Fingerprint
After scanning the finger it will show success information
DinePlan Configuration
Step 1: Go to BACK OFFICE -> SETTINGS -> LOCAL SETTINGS and add devices
Step 2: Click the added Persona device and add the device name 10, then click OK and SAVE it
Step 3: In the login screen click Employee
Step 4: Enter that employee code and scan here then click OK
Step 5: Click PULL to download the employee information once done click OK
Step 6: In the login screen we can scan finger to log in
Here we can scan for Clock In and Clock Out for the user and reports are below
