GRGCASH and SMARTCOIN Integrations

This page helps to set up on GRGCASH and SMARTCOIN Integrations

STEP 1: INSTALLING THE DRIVERS

The Drivers should be installed at the Machine where the GRGCASH Machines are installed. For SMARTCOIN, the Driver is not necessary. The Driver can be downloaded from the DinePlan Drive (DINEPLAN\Softwares\GrgCashCoin)

Once it is installed, We will get the PORT NAME of GRGCASH and SMARTCOIN

STEP 2: CONFIGURE GRGCASH SETTINGS 

GRGCASH has come in two types (USB or COM PORT). Knowing type is mandatory to do the settings at the relevant files. 

There is a file in the DinePlan Installation Folder called "GRGDTATM_CommCfg.ini"

Open the File in Editor and Change the Content based on USB or COM PORT as below

STEP 3: CONFIGURATION IN DINEPLAN - DEVICE

Here are configuration has to be done at the DinePlan as below

1. Go to BACKOFFICE --> LOCAL SETTINGS --> DEVICE TAB

2. Click Add for Device and Choose SmartCashCoin

3. Click Settings to choose the Setting for the Device as below:

STEP 4: CONFIGURATION IN DINEPLAN - PAYMENT

1. Go to Back Office --> Tickets --> Payment Types

2. Open the Cash  and go to Payment Processor Tab

3. Click Add and Choose the CashCoinProessor 

4. Choose the Processor and click Settings. The following things will appear

5. Once done, click SAVE

FEATURES 1 = FLOAT MONEY CONFIGURATION

1. Go to Back Office --> Settings --> Terminals

2. Open the Terminals which the Collection has been configured. 

3.The Currency Button will be displayed at the Bottom of the Screen as below. By Clicking it, we can configure the Minimum Balance at the CASHMACHINE

FEATURES 2 = PAYMENT 

1. While Doing the Cash Payment, System will automatically POP UP and Display the Total Amount to be Paid as below

FEATURES 3 = TILL TRANSACTIONS

We can do the Till Transactions as below below

 FEATURES 4 = WORKSHIFT END

 When we are doing the SHIFT END, the System automatically pushes out all the Denominations except the Float Money
