Enable Active X on Internet Explorer

Open the Internet Explorer browser and Go to Settings from Tools Menu.
Please click on the security tab, and make sure the zone is on the Internet after clicking on the custom level
Scroll down until you see ActiveX controls and plug-ins. Please follow these settings based on the screenshots

5. Afterwards click on OK, then Click on the Advance tab,

Scroll down to Security and tick allow active content to run in files on My Computer

Afterwards click on apply on OK.
