Functionalities on RetailTab

ReatilTab supports different functionalities on the mobile device.  In this document we will understand some of  functions supported on RetailTab.

5 Functions supported through RetailTab are as follows.

  1. Sales Order

  2. Sales Invoice

  3. Sales Return

  4. Stock Transfer

  5. Stock Adjustment 1. .Sales Order - This function creates the Sales order. The Sales Orders are synced with RetailConnect's backend system.

STEP 1: To create a new Sales Order, after selecting the items, click on Execute button in the Cart Page. Now select New Sales Order option.

STEP 2: Add the details and click on CREATE button. The Sales Order will be created.

2. Sales Invoice - Sales invoice can directly be created using the Sales Invoice Function. View the How to bill the orders document to understand how to create invoices using RetailTab.

3. Sales Return - Allows to create a sales returns from the RetailTab.

STEP 1: To create a Sales return, select the items and go to cart page.
STEP 2: Click on New Sales Return function on Execute. Then fill in details and create

4. Stock Transfer - Stock Transfer option allows to create and record stock transfers between different locations.

STEP 1: To do this, after selecting the items, select the New Stock Transfer option from Execute.
STEP 2: Then Select the location to which the stock needs to be transferred and create.

4. Stock Adjustment - Stock Adjustment allows to adjust the stock quantities of items. To do this, select the New Stock Adjustment option and edit the quantity and Save.
