Sales Return

If certain items are returned back, we can create sales return to record the returned Items.

NOTE: When the Sales Return is created it will add the item back to the inventory. 

Now let us create Sales Return on Retail Connect.

CREATE SALES RETURN

STEP 1: Go to SALES --> SALES RETURN on Retail Connect. This page opens.

NOTE: Now, first let us see the current stock of inventory for one item GRB Gulab Jamun 1 KG. Current Stock = 41.  Then, we will create Sales Return and then check the item stock. The stock returned has to be added to the inventory as the items were returned back by the customer.

STEP 2: Now, to create a Sales Return, click on CREATE SALES RETURN. This page opens

 STEP 3: Select the Customer Name. Select the Item, Add the Quantity and Save

NOTE: You can see the Inventory is updated. 

STEP 4: The Returns can be View, Deleted, or Printed from the respective function in the ACTIONS column.
