The menu section allows us to design the screen menu/product menu or the final menu that has to be visible on the POS screen.
This can be designed as required.
In this document, we will understand how to create the Screen Menu.
Create Menu
STEP 1: Log into Retail Connect. Go to POS --> MENU section. This page opens.
STEP 2: To create a new Screen Menu, click on CREATE MENU button. This page opens. Add the Name for the Screen Menu and SAVE.
STEP 3: Now, here, Click on the LIST button to add the items to this Menu.
STEP 4: This screen opens, here we first have to create Categories. To do this, click on CREATE MENU CATEGORY button.
STEP 5: Here, Add the Category Name, Sort order, Make the changes in the Colors as required. Save the page.
STEP 6: Now you can see the categories are added. These categories can be edited or deleted as required.
STEP 7: Now to add the products to these categories, click on the List button. This page opens, Click on CREATE MENU PRODUCTS button.
STEP 8: Add the Name, Select the Product created in the Inventory section, Add the Sort Order and Display colours. Save the page.
STEP 9: Next, you can edit or delete the items by clicking on the respective actions.
NOTE: You can add an image to a product by clicking on the Change Product Image option. Choose the file from the system and Save it.
