Mappings is used to map the Menu items to the materials required for its preparation.
Mapping Materials to Menu Items
STEP 1: Go to HOUSE --> MATERIAL --> MAPPING. The following page appears.
When the Menu item is created at the connect module, it will appear on this page as an unmapped item, which can be mapped with the corresponding materials.
On this page there are different filters, fill non mapped menu list, fill mapped menu list, fill all, you can filter according to requirement.
STEP 2: To create a material mapping, Click on CREATE MATERIAL MAPPING. The following sheet appears, Select item, quantity, and location if there are different mapping required for different locations and SAVE.
STEP 3: Click on EDIT under ACTIONS to map the materials.
STEP 4: The following page appears, Add the materials and quantity. Add the department if required.
Auto Issue based on sales is clicked if you require the quantity deduction to be done after selling the item.
Save the materials, You can view the cost of preparation of the item by clicking on Save and View cost.
