INTRODUCTION

Do you want to do something at a certain time? You'll use triggers for this.

For Example, you want to send the report to BOSSES at 10 AM in the Morning or Do the Day Close automatically at 7 AM in the Morning.

This tutorial shows you how to do the Auto Day Close at 7 AM

NOTE: Whenever the system is not available at 7 AM or the System is SWITCH OFF at 7 AM, it will get executed immediately once the system is active.

STEP 1: ADD TRIGGER.

Go to BACKOFFICE --> AUTOMATION --> TRIGGER

Create the Trigger as below

Once the Trigger is created, you can get to know when to execute by clicking the TEST BUTTON  and output is like one below.

STEP 2: ADD ACTION FOR DAY END

The following action helps to add the End Work Day Action

STEP 3: ADD RULE 

The rule will map both the trigger and action as below
