Print Reports on Day End

DinePlan prints the WorkShift Report on Shift Day and WorkDay Report on Day End. Sometimes, we need to print few other reports while doing Day End or Shift End. This document helps you to configure how to get it done

In this document, lets go through how to print out ITEM SALES REPORT on DAY END. Here are the steps

• ADD ACTION FOR PRINTING REPORT

• ADD RULES AND MAP ACTION IN THAT

STEP 1: Go to BACKOFFICE --> AUTOMATION --> ACTIONS

The following action will set the Report Name as Item Sales Report and Format is COMPACT

Open

STEP 2: Map the above action in the WorkDay End Event.

Go to AUTOMATION --> RULES --> ADD RULE

Open

Make sure that Mappings are done as well.

This will automatically print the Report on Day Close.
