BIND STATE

The bind state in KDS links multiple displays, ensuring real-time synchronization of item status updates. When an order changes on the main KDS, it reflects instantly on all connected KDS units.

Step 1: INSTALL

Install the DineChef from this Link

Step 2: ACTIONS

Create the below-mentioned actions in Dineplan/DuitPOS

AC_BIND

UPDATE_ORDER_STATUS

AC_KITCHEN_OUTPUT

STEP 3: AUTOMATION COMMAND

Create the below automation command.

STEP 4: RULES

Create the below-mentioned rules

RU_KITCHEN_OUTPUT

KDS CONFIGURATION IN DINEPLAN/DUITPOS

Have created two printers: Kitchen and Waiter.
IP address: IPs of kitchen displays

DINECHEF SETTING FOR KITCHEN AND WAITER KDS

Enable Bind State in both Kitchen and Waiter KDS and do the setting as per the image
Disable “Stop Status to DinePlan”

Before we click the items in Dinechef

AFTER STATUS UPDATE

Once we click the items in KDS, automatically the status will get changed between the KDS systems
