Folders Sync

This page explains how to do Folders Sync in DinePlan between the Server and Terminal(s).
STEP 1: Go to SETTINGS -> FOLDERS SYNC to open the Folders sync setting screen.
On the Server machine
STEP 2: Do the below settings
Enable Sharing: On - To enable sharing service.
Is DinePlan Server: On – To represent this machine as Server. The files will be one way synced from this machine to other clients.
Share Folder – Here, we have to select the folder you want to share.
STEP 3: Click SAVE button to save the settings after that New Token key will be created to share the files.
STEP 4: Click the Copy Token button to copy the token and paste it in other terminal systems
On the Terminal machine
STEP 5: Do the below settings
Enable Sharing: On - To enable sharing service.
Is DinePlan Server: Off – To represent this machine as Client.
Local Sync Folder: Here, we have to select the folder will be synced with Server.
Server Token: Here, we have to input the token from the DinePlan Server.
STEP 6: Back to the DinePlan Server system, open the Folder Sync setting screen and open the Clients tab.
STEP 7: You will see the clients want to be connect, click button “Confirm” to allow the systems to connect.
STEP 8: On the server/terminal system, open two ports 21000 and 21001.
Files for the selected folder at server will be synced to the clients automatically.
