Exchange in DinePlan

DinePlan have the facility to Exchange the Order (Menu Item) in the Ticket.

Here are the steps to be done

STEP 1: Actions for the Exchange & Cancel Exchange Command

STEP 2: Automation Commands for the Exchange & Cancel Exchange

STEP 3: Rules for the Automation Commands as below

STEP 4: States for the Exchange as below

Go to BACK OFFICE -> AUTOMATION -> STATE and add a new State called “EXCHANGE” as below:
